ON THE 11th OF OCTOBER 2013, I BOUGHT A CELLPHONE, NOKIA 111 BLACK AT JET STORES IN KANYAMAZANE SHOP NO. 6077. ON THE 29th OF OCTOBER 2013 THE PHONE STOPPED WORKING, IT HAD NO SIGNAL. I TOOK IT TO VODACOM REPAIRS & SERVICE CENTRE IN NELSPRUIT PINNACLE BUILDING. I WAS TOLD THAT THE CELLPHONE HAS BEEN BLACKLISTED. I WENT BACK TO JET TO REPORT THE MATTER, I WAS TOLD THAT THE PHONE HAS BEEN MISTAKENLY BLACKLISTED WHILE THEY WERE REPORTING OTHER PHONES. I THEN SUBMITTED AN AFFIDAVIT, PROOF OF PURCHASE AND THE ID COPY TO VERIFY THAT THE PHONE LEGALLY BELONGS TO ME, ON 2 NOVEMBER 2013. THE VODACOM CONSULTANT TOLD ME THAT HE HAS FAXED THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND THE PHONE SHOULD BE UN-BLACKLISTED IN 72HOURS. ON 3 NOVEMBER 2013 SOMEONE FROM VODACOM CONTACTED ME AND SAID THAT I SHOULD GO TO JET STORES AND TELL DAVID THAT THE PHONE HAS BEEN BLACKLISTED, OF WHICH I DID AND HE HAD SAID THAT HE DOESNT HAVE THE POWER TO UNBLOCK THE PHONE ONLY VODACOM CAN DO THAT.
