On the 19th June 2013, I received a call from a private number and I was asked if I'm Selina, who had entered an Iwisa competition and I said yes and I was told I had won. Then I asked what I had won and said a voucher worth R500 just as stated when I entered the competition. I asked how I would claim my prize I was then told I would receive a call from them within 4 - 6 weeks to explain how to claim my prize. After realizing that 6 weeks passed by without getting their call, I then went to Pick 'n Pay in August 2013 in Sebokeng (Mandela square) to inquire about my prize, I was then told that Pick 'n Pay is not responsible, they were just acting as the 3rd party. I then called Iwisa helpline and I was told they knew nothing about the competition. I was told to contact Ronel working at Pick 'n Pay because she was the one who was handing out the vouchers but I wasn't given her telephone numbers. Can I still claim my prize?
