Basically after enough complaints, Decofurn appears to act act like a reputable organisation when something goes wrong.
Quick summary of the complaint, They lost my stuff! One coffee table simply went missing. They tried to write that off as a "discounted delivery fee" as I had also purchased other goods. The thing is, they quoted me for a delivery fee any way. =unsatisfaction, not my fault if they can't track their stock right?
Any way, amounst other issues such as them not contacting me about deliveries (it seemed like they forgot), and the sales clerk requesting me to take down hellopeter posts about them, they did eventually refund me.

As a brief analysis and concluding remark, I would shop at decofurn again. This is because they differentiate themselves on price quite well. Their weakest areas by are their service (customer satisfaction) and post trade service
