On 16 Dec, I purchased the 16 pc INOX cookware set that Homemark had as an online or internet promotion. As I was having renovations done to my kitchen in Dec. I didn't use the cookware immediately, however when I started using the cookware (thus far only used 3 of the pots) I noticed that it looks like the inside stainless steel is chipping off the inside of this cookware.
Now also note that on receiving the pots I received NO INSTRUCTIONS with this cookware at all. I requested this from the Homemark call centre and the guy promised that he would email it to me and up until now I havent received anything from him.
I have been using AMC waterless COOKWARE for 27 years, the same pots for 27 years and they don't even look like this after all these years. I have had NO response to any of requests on the HOMEMARK site.
