REVOLTING SERVICE BY TELLER LETTIE MBONGWE

Good Day,

I am DISGUSTED by the service I received from a Teller @ the PicknPay Panorama Crossing (Mulbarton) by the name of Lettie Mbongwe.
On a peaceful Saturday afternoon, I decided to take my family to our local Pick'nPay to get a few items which we'll use for the afternoon.
We waited @ the till point for quite some time until I asked if there's a problem so that we can pro-actively move to a different till. I had opened a can of worms as the teller Lettie Mbongwe started verbally attacking me, she then started to attack my wife and swearing at us in front of our children.

She was uncontrollably verbally abusive towards us and started threatening us with her husband/boyfriend. This is the most Revolting service I have ever experienced in my life especially from a high profiled retail store Pick 'n Pay.

I am DISGUSTED by the way she addressed and cursing at us especially in front of my Children.

My Question:

Is this the way Pick 'n Pay treats their loyal customers???
I am still in shock by the DISGUSTING, ABUSIVE, SWEARING experience I had on Saturday.

The Incident happened exactly @ 16:30 03/08/2013.

What measures are being taken for such DISGUSTING behaviour???
