Rude staff

I am a regular at this branch, but today I walked in and the aircon was on hot, the store smelt stuffy and the music was extremely loud. I didn't see any of the familiar staff members or I would have spoken to them about it directly. I remarked to my daughter that the music was far too loud - and we then overheard the staff speaking in their home language in a derogatory manner about us complaining about the music. News flash! We are the customers! Your store needs to be welcoming and pleasant or we will walk out without buying anything - which is exactly what we did!
