I BOUGHT A KING KOIL BED END OF 2011 CASH, THE BASE SANK/BROKEN AND I REPORTED THE PROBLEM BACK TO BEARES IN 2012. THEY WERE HESITATE TO HELP NEVER THE LESS I PERSISTED THEY SENT OUT SOMEONE TO ANALYSE THE BED, A WEEK WENT PAST AND NO ONE GOT BACK UPON CALLING HEAD OFFICE AND GOING TO THE STORES THEY MENTIONED THEY ARE GOING TO MAKE A NEW BED, THIS CONTINUED TILL NOW, I STILL GO INTO THE STORE, AND EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM I GET TOLD THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF THIS WILL CALL ME . A WEEK LATER NO PHONE CALL, I GO BACK TO FIND OUT WHY NO CALL HAS BEEN MADE THEN I WAS TOLD THAT HE IS ON LEAVE AND WILL CONTACT ME ON THE 17 JULY TILL DATE THERE HAS BEEN NOT APOLOGIES /RESPONSE . SERVICE AS BEARES IS PATHETIC, HEAD OFFICE DOESN'T CARE FOR IT CLIENTS, THIS TYPE OF SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS, BEARES MENTIONED LAST YEAR THEY WERE GOING TO MAKE THE BED, DOES IT TAKE ALMOST A YEAR FOR A NEW BED TO BE MADE.
