No Delvery, no refund

I purchased online 20 panels, paiid 18 March 2013, R31 k, no delivery lots of promises to pay, i have emails and commitments for delivery and also payment back, delivery was committed as 3 weeks, never happened.

now i cannot get funds returned. will have to go legal route, ..

i did not see the report pn hello Peter, but now realise i am a victim of this issue as well.
