18 Months ago i bought a pair of boots at their Midrand Store, when i wanted to wear boots i noticed that it was 2 different sizes in the box. I then went to their Clear water mall branch where the store manager (Debra) took the boots with the receipt and my details on. No one contacted me and after going there on numerous occasions with not help the branch closed down. I then called their head office in Pretoria and up to today no one can help me. I paid money for a pair of boots that i don't have not to mention all the telephone calls an petrol costs.
