I have been with ADT for over 7 years and very seldom have problems with the Response Team who are usually quick, courteous and efficient but the Accounts department is another story. In their wisdom ADT have decided that I short paid them by about R 200 .00 - this so called debt does not in fact exist and it has taken me two month, without any success, to try and contact somebody to sort out the problem. When I phone via the general ADT number and select the Accounts option I am asked to wait for the call to be put through and each time this results in a long wait with the call eventually being terminated. I often tried over 5 times on the same day to contact Accounts with the same result, I also left messages with the call centre for the call to be returned!!! Eventually I was given a direct number but this did not work as the line was continually engaged. i sent 3 emails to the ADT support number and they also did not return my messages. On the 7th Feb I missed a call from ADT and Darryl Scott left a message asking me to call him back but he left the same direct line number 011 3214455 which was always engaged.
