I get calls from ADT stating my panic button has been activated which is in correct. They do not respond or return calls regarding these problems (managers). They are never there when you need them, example: last year September my home was broken into, ADT took 25 minutes to respond. Their excuse is that they had other calls to attend to. So I asked the question of how many vehicles they have patrolling Merebank area and their response was 1. They have 3 vehicles patrolling Merebank, bluff, Wentworth. This is the service delivery that we have to put up with. UUTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE...
