Cartrack are threatening to blacklist me due to non payment of debit order. A debit order was taken illegally from my account. I have never signed any agreement with this company nor given them any authority to take any funds from my account. I purchased a new car which came with a tracker, yes, but to date have not received any paperwork from Cartrack which provides for an agreement between us. I have requested several times for such paperwork.
