`always there' should be `never there'

I have requested an outstanding invoice on several occasions, telephonically and via fax and lastly via e-mail when we received an account and a letter from ADT threatening legal action. I have yet to receive a copy of the invoice in question and on the 5th request I have now given up and waiting for them to try to take this action as we have a paper trail of our requests... not impressed.
