I have misplaced my Nickelback tickets for tomorrow nights show. I contacted the call centre to find out what I could do. Tshepo assisted me in explaining what I would need & do & went the extra mile by giving out his details so he could sort out my problem personally. Minutes after I had sent him the information he notified me that he did get it & explained what the following procedure would be. Not only was he kind, helpful & friendly - he also calmed me down & gave me trust in Computicket.
Even though I havent received my reference number for my new tickets (he did explain that it would be before the end of the day), I am confident that I will get to go watch my show thanks to Tshepo!
