I called Multichoice today (7 October )
Called the number 011 289 2289 and the IVR said call 011 289 2222 which I then subsequently did because this was the option I was looking for.
Upon calling the number, I waited in the queue for 9 minutes and 43 secs and eventually got to Thabo. He then proceeded to tell me that I need to call 011 289 2289. I told him that I had just called the number and the IVR prompted me to call "his number". This call lasted 15 mins in total.
Anyway called the number 011 289 2289 again just after 1 pm. Hung up after 20 mins and 30 secs.
All I want is to do a change from a staff account to a normal account.
I need a call from you sorting this out ASAP as I've tried and had to wait a total of 36 minutes.
