RE: REPAIRS AN UPKEEP OF FLAT

Since 1 September 2003, I have rented the above property (10 years).
Following problems experienced.
1. The gutter has collapsed outside above the 2nd bedrooms window. I have reported it on Monday 11.03.2013.
2. The tree outside my bedroom window was cut down but is still growing so it is lifting the paving blocks and then causes the flat to shift and so the roof leaks when it rains.
3. The varnish on the doors and windows is peeling off.
4. The French door is still cracked since Feb 2008 due to the wind.
5. The flat has never been painted, in the 10 yrs I have resided there
6. The washing line has still not been replaced since 2008 and I have tied a line to the trees.
7. The 2nd bedroom, the wall plug has burnt out.
8. The outside light for the back yard doesn't work the wires have rotted off and broken

Still no response I am never late with my rent. Please help!
