Something dodgy happening with Just Letting, Hillcrest! They are responsible for receiving money from tenants and paying landlords respectively. I always have problems with them, and this is now the height of frustration! This happened in Dec.13 & now again this Jan.14. As a landlord, I called for 3 weeks in Dec13, for the Nov payment, until I eventually received the money! Presently, I am still waiting for the Dec payment, and it is 24/1/2014! They are practically a month behind, and I know that I'm not the only landlord with this problem; as they openly admitted that they are working on all payments and very busy, and getting so many calls, so cannot cope. They shouldn't be advertising for more clients if they can't cope with the current ones! Their service is beyond Bad! I really suspect unethical business practices!
