I rented a property in Ecopark Centurion from Groenkloof Property Administrators.
I moved out on 30/09/2013. I have to date still not been paid back my deposit money. After mentioning bad reviews on Hello Peter to them, they ensured me this will not happen in my case. Inspection was done by Ben on 30/09/2013, whereupon I was promised a report by the end of the day. A confirmation email from Jackie was sent confirming my deposit will be paid within 7 days after inspection. New tenants moved in in October. Up to date, my emails and calls are being avoided and excuses are given. I have still not received any report and not even to talk about my deposit. Please be aware of this when renting from this company. I am REALLY tired of this company's bad service. I never hesitated paying my rent, or even when they required the deposit. Its amazing how Groenkloof Properties are full of empty promises.
