I have been staying in one of AFCHO's flats for 2 years now and when I moved out in flat 116 newkirk I had a deposit of R5200 and I never missed my monthly payments since. Now I was told I am not going to get my deposit as they have to replace the tub as well as painting that 1 bedroom flat. I then demanded that since they bought a tub with my deposit it will be fair if I get the old tub back cause I paid for it. I was told I am not going to get as its companies rules. Now am getting smses saying that I owe them about R800 which I fail to understand for what as they chowed my deposit? Didn't't the whole R5200 cover all as I am not going to be taken to credit bearaux because of their unnecessary charges that accumulated for stupid reasons. I do not have that money as I am not getting a cent from my deposit. I am very and am ready to take legal actions
