I must say I can with ALL honesty say I will NEVER use Just Letting ever again and anybody thinking of renting DONT use Just Letting.
We rented our first property with them about 3 years ago. Always paid our account Never late. Then we moved into a bigger property also through Just Letting. When we left the property we painted the walls, cleaned the place & the agent even wrote VERY CLEAN.. When it came to Paying back deposit. WHAT A NIGHTMARE as paint was deducted AGAIN that we already did cleaning of property etc.
Now when we gave notice we said we NOT cleaning the house as they will deduct for cleaning even if you do clean. We said they can have the carpets cleaned etc.
Now they deducting NEW CARPETS for the Rooms (Not cleaning) because the stains will come back according to them. ( And the carpets was stained when we moved in do have the photo's to proof it). The pool leaked for Months and our Utility Bill alone was around R 11 000 per month for water. THEY NEVER EVEN TRIED to fix the problem to assist us.
Very quick to take your deposit and dont do proper inspections and when you move out you have to pay for everything even after all this. WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!
