My husband and I owe a signage business, Heugene asked my husband to design and print signs for his business and to wrap his company car, we did all of the above as required and then we had to wait for payment. It all started with an excuse from Heugene real estate everytime that he will pay us tomorrow, when tomorrow comes there's a new excuse and so it went on for almost 2 months. So when we got paid Heugene asked for more signage, my husband agreed saying to him that this time we want a bigger deposit to make sure this won't happen again, now we are still waiting for our money since February 2013, this is totally unacceptable! Its 4 months! Everyday he has a new excuse and when he finally says he has our money and my husband goes to collect at the given time and place he is not there as promised!
