Can someone call me and tell me why was i not paid, why is your call centre number taking us to voice mail after being caller number 10.i waited for 20 min only to be told that ext 4600 if full and cant take a message. You are unethical, and not customer focused i bet you have never heard of TCF.i am paid 1245 yet you keep witting that i received 1345 what kind of joke is this or is there that your company is doing and you hope the consumer wont notice.when you want us to change tariffs you email non stop yet when its serious matter like paying us after i honour my part you just keep quite, Ive heard enough so as proof that you will brush this fact i will have all the more amunition fr you people to deal with the ombudsman
