Really unhappy with service and quality

First time I went to Print Smart Vaal Mall for business cards in May 2013. The cards took 2 and a half days and were of really bad quality. I told her I am not happy with the quality but I had to take the business cards as my business cards that I ordered from another company was being held up by Postal strike. On 29 July I again went to Print Smart Vaal Mall to order only a mouse pad. the next day I was told that the printer was faulty and that I will be informed when I could collect. As of 1 August, I still have received no word from them. The item has to be paid upfront before they even work on it, and still this is the service you get.
