THIS COMPLAINT BY OUR COMPANY -Ordered and paid in full for Bus Cards in begin December- Finally on 23 Jan cards are sent- "Door to Door" as per Jayson. Next thing, told to collect from Post Office. After complaining, and hearing it's "not his problem" we go and collect. Only to find the worst quality cards we've ever seen. Print is smudged, and looks like they ran out of ink. Called Jayson, he says he wants pictures and will sort immediately. Send pics, he ignores, I then say I just want my money back, nothing else. And guess what... he goes quiet. Complains that my previous complaint was not accurate, yet doesn't sort out my problem. i have requested my money back 3 times- have emails as proof, not 1 response from him, besides saying "looking into it will revert" (have email as proof)(PROOF FROM OUR FIN MANAGER)
No business cards - and No refund
Don't use this company! Bad attitudes by Manager/Owner and Poor poor poor quality! And no urgency to resolve complaints
