Nobody answers your Customer Care line

Hi,

I have purchased a Electrolux vacuum cleaner around September last year. Since January I have been experiencing some problems with it. Their is a customer care line sticker on the vacuum cleaner which I have been trying to contact since January 2013 with no joy of someone answering.

Please would you kindly have someone contact me to see whats wrong with it and this can be fixed.
