I am very angry after the service I got from Le Morgan, I was advised about lifetime guarantee of which I never even got a day guarantee.
I called the customer care same day while still with the driver advising them about two cups which were broken.
I was told that someone would call me back and I would take replacements, this was around February 2013.
I have been calling every single month and no one was helping.
I stopped paying them, and a guy from collections called me last month I told him that I am willing to pay as long as I get the lifetime guarantee that I was promised when I was told about the products.
he transferred me to a lady in Customer care called Bokang who said within a week I would get the replacements.
Meanwhile I got a letter from the legal Department demanding me to pay.
I have been trying to call their Call centre and no luck, no one answers.
They can come get their faulty things.
