I paid in full for a roller shutter door on 17/9/2013 and was told 10 working days for installation. I was also told that they would not start manufacturing until I sigh the "technical requirements" form. I did this but because there wasnt a example on this form that would work on my site, I faxed them a sketch/drawing of my site were the door have to be installed. When the installers got to site it was obvious that they ignored my drawing and the door could not be installed. DG Roller shutters then had the attitude that it is my problem because i signed their Technical form. Mark from DG Roller shutters then phoned me and suggested that we fit an additional beam on site to solve the problem, and that they would pay 50%. They then sneak in Installation costs on the quote AGAIN and I then paid 50% of the invoice. (this problem solving idea from Mark he got from the drawing I originally sent him! Suddenly now he can look at it!!) In the mean time I have learnt that Mark now say that he never offered to 50%. I am still sitting with a building without a door.By far my worst experience with a company ever!!!
