I have been doing my Nails at Dream Nails Mall@Reds for more than a year. I have been back after poor quality of the Acrylic tips several times. The Manager Annerien is very understanding and had no problem fixing my nails. The problem with the quality of the work from the technicians and when you go back due to the poor quality they have a bad attitude and they communicate with each other in their language so that you won't understand but you soon realize the comments are about you returning so they can fix their mess. I had my nails done with Jeanette on the 27th of July. The nails lifted so I arranged to come on the 8th of August. She didn't want to fix all the nails so I told her that she has to fix them all. Yet again she had an attitude about it. On the 12th I contacted Annerien again due to the nails lifting again. Annerien said we must try Kgomotso (a new lady) on the 14th of August. What a disaster. Even worse than the other girls. I pay almost R400 a month for nails that doesn't even last 2 days. This is becoming ridiculous. I spend most of my time fixing my nails. How can the quality be so poor? I don't even wash dishes so it can't be from chemicals.
