I am beyond upset when it comes to the service I have received from Lenash Signs. On the 5th of August I contact Sade for a quote, she got my email wrong and after I phoned back on the 7th she emailed me a form to complete before she can give me a quote. She never send me a quote! I then got hold of Carlos on the 12th and he came back to me with a quote the same day. I send Carlos the proof of payment on the 13th and according to him I would have received the road signs on the 19th. When I phoned Carlos on the 19th to confirm delivery he said he did not know it was for delivery and will send it the next day. That mean I would have received the road signs by the 20th. Today is the 26th and still no road signs! I am in sales and this kind of service is NOT ACCEPTABLE. These signs is a donation to my daughters school, I made promises I am not able to deliver on because of LENASH Signs bad service. I repeatedly made it clear that I need the signs urgently.
