I went to have gel nails done at Beauty beyond. The experience was pleasant as the consultant was quite sweet. 2 day later, my nails were seperating from my real nails. I complained and was "regelled". A week later, same thing. I was told I'd get a free set. which I did, these have also peeled off a couple of days later. When I again complained I was told that i'm a problem and I must rather go away as it's not their fault. I went and had my nails repaired at another salon to be informed that the quality of product is bad and this is what caused my nails to peel off.
The owner was rude, and the end product was terrible. I will never go there again. And to think I spent R200 with them for a set where the new set at the other salon was R150 and have now lasted me three weeks with no problems. i work in admin but was told it was my fault and I was doing something to cause them to come apart. I have done nails for years and this is the first time I have experienced this.
