We wanted to burry and unveil a tombstone for my sister in October last year 2012. We contacted Berry and he agreed that he will finish the tombstone a week before the funeral. We paid him in full just before the day. When we went to check the tombstone it was not finished and there were so many spelling errors on it. They were changed but not polished and he promised that he will go put the tombstone so that it can be blessed and the remove it for the finishes. 7 months later we went to have a look at the graveyard and only to find out it was not collected and has been lying there since October. It's still lying there and this is the 9th month and he's been promising to do it. I don't know how many appointments he didn't pitch up on even today he said he will be there at 09:30. My brother went to meet him there and he was not there and he's not answering his calls
