We have purchased a property on a subject to sale. This transaction began in October. There have been a number of emails from ourselves to the coveyencing attorney (Wynand Naude) regarding an expexted date of regsitration, and we have been promised over and over again that it will take place " tomorrow" this has been going on since the 7th of Janaury 2013. We have now been told that they have to register by the 17 Jan or they wod have to relodge. This delay is no fault of mine as I have been pressured into paying the funds over immediately and consisteny in orfor the transaction to be processed, to which I have done with iurgency on all occassions. We have been called by Wynand Naude today himself to advise that registration will take place tomm. However his secretary sendout an email at 15:30 this afternoon to confirm with the other conveyencing attorney whether they have received a response from FNB and if they will be able to register. This has gone on since the 7th. I will nto recommend them to anyone as this has left a bad taste about the company altogether!
