I pay a fee to subscribe to PayCity. I want to pay my traffic fines for fines registered in my ID number and for fines registered under the name of my CC.
There are two problems, neither of which PayCity has rectified despite numerous phone calls and emails. 1.) I cant search for fines (for my ID or my CC) because their website says that "the ID/Regisrtation number is not added to my package". I am on the Silver package which means i pay subscription fee to use the PayCity so called "service". 2.) I get an email from PayCity once a week saying " Congrats no infringements found for you this week".
I have been to the post office and have at least five fines owing, some of which date back to last year! But PayCity says I have no fines owing!?? I can only pay my fines via my bank's website after I have collected the fine from the Post Office. What is the point then of PayCity if: 1.) I cant search for fines registered under ID or compamny Registration number; 2) PayCity has no record of my fines
What a pathetic excuse for a service organisation.
