I was almost knocked to the floor by one of the Golden Horse security guards, who was running somewhere while I was walking on the casino floor. The guard did not care to ask if I was okay or even hurt considering my size compared to the guard size. I did approach management and their attitude was not sincere. To get told to log a complaint after having my evening turned downwards with no one asking the question of are you okay are you hurt? Considering that I suffer lower back problems. Their don't' care attitude makes me wonder what if it happened to elderly or child. Surely the guard could have avoided this unpleasant situation by thinking because there was enough space around me for the guard to avoid me. And are people aloud to run instead of walk in the casino??? I strongly hope that proper measures are in future put in place in training the security at golden horse casino so that it never happens again to anyone. Also proper training needs to be implemented throughout Golden Horse Casinos' entire organisation when it comes to hospitable and when guest have problems within the vicinities.
