Rude Incompetent Receptionist

I consulted in Morningside.
You pay cash and claim from medical aid.
My claim form was incorrectly captured and my medical aid could not pay me.
Her receptionist said this could be fixed and could be sent back by fax since they have no email access.
I waited for longer than 24 hours for my claim forms to be signed and faxed back to me.
I spent alot of time on the phone calling them constantly. Her admin staff are rude and clueless.
If you want good skin treatment, I would recommend this doctor, but if you looking for best service, I would recommend that you go else where.
