CAN'T DO CORRECT BILLING

I Phoned discovery a few weeks back to change my debit order date from the 1th of the month to the 10th. they said yes its fine they can do it. on the 1st of october the debit order went of (but I asked that it would be moved). i phoned them immediately and they said there was a mixup with the payment and will go of again on the 10th. I told them that they cant take of money 2 times in one month, on the 10th of October again a debit order came through and bounced back, November came and no debit order was taken of, I phoned them and they are telling me i'm in arrears because they are taking of the money 1 October for october and again 10 October for November. my point is when they took it off the 1st of October then october is paid and 10 November, november is being paid, and anyway if you pay in a month advance isn't it suppose to be the debit of 1 October for November and 10 November for december???
