I had made a complaint about not getting the auth no for my kid to go to the dentist and for the same dentist not getting getting paid. Only respons I got is that the matter is handed over to dental department. It has been forthe past almost 3 months. I had to cancel two times because no one can actually resolve a small dental issue. If any body want to join a medical aid I will never recommend your medical aid because its not working. If somone is willing to try fix this problem thanks if not just leave it for as long as you please and force every one who read this to move to some other medica aid
