I had done a home pregnancy test which was positive and so i wanted to make sure.
I was directed to the laboratory by Dr mink to do a blood test.
I was told by the nursing sister that the results would be ready the next day.
No one phoned me, i phoned on the thursday and they said they would give the doctor the message.
Friday still no response, i phoned again and they said the doctor was out for the day, he would contact me on the monday to tell me the results and how far along i am and to inform me when my next check up was.
It is now thursday the following week and still no response!!
I had to pay R481 because i have no medical aid and did not make an appointment, which is higher than other medicross clinics!
I AM SHOCKED AND UTTERLY DISGUSTED AT THE SERVICE!!!
