I dealt with Star Hiring and have the following complaints:
1. I was invoiced to the wrong address three times - each time I called and e-mailed to inform them of my correct address (this is concerning as the delivery needs to arrive at my address)
2. When contacting Star Hiring by e-mail I got one word replies e.g. Yes
3. When enquiring about a delivery time I received a reply saying before midnight!!!
4. Despite calling on a daily basis my deposit has still not been refunded after one month
I have never received such poor service in all my life!
