In jan 2012 a doctor of yours prescribed a 2yr old medicine to my 1yr old baby. The pharmacists at Sunninghill Hospital picked this up and refused to give me that medicine. I complained to the hospital manager who tried to talk me down telling me that that 2yr old medicine was prescribed to 1yr olds. He just made a photocopy of my prescription and said they would call me. Up to now no one called me to explain and give me proper medicine. I had to go to a GP for assistance.
Last month my wife had a headache, after an hr with a not so sure young doctor, who looked like she graduated last month, she went for a CAT scan. One of the nurses told us the Radiology dept was closed for the day - only to find out its still open when we were buying a set of pain killers in the pharmacy. I had to ask for the radiology report after 45min as the receptionist at the rediology dept was sitting on the fax.
With all the equipment and homely environment id expect much better. Healthworx clinics give better service & are caregiving. You should just shut down or replace the entire management people & get more qualified doctors because your service and consultation skills are!!!
