Discovery have the WORST customer service ever. i have been hospitalised over 7 months ago, and have been following and hounding them since then, and no one ever gets back to you. they make empty promises. i have subsequently been handed over for collection to attorneys while 'waiting' for them to get back to me!
dont ever deal with these people, this is by far the worse and most pathetic service i have ever received.
after each call they ask if you want a reference number, of which i took, and when referred back to this reference number, its been more than two weeks now and they still havent even had the decency to atleast call me back to let me know the status of my query.
while they were 'busy' retrieving the call, ive sent countless emails to them, the only reply i got was:
Thank you for your email.
