I purchased a Samsung washing machine from Makro in December 2012.
It had a cracked drum from day 1.
A Samsung agent finally came to see the machine in January and produced a report stating the drum was cracked and a replacement would be made.
It has been two months since then and I am yet to hear a thing from Samsung.
I am furious.
Makro has been trying to contact Samsung as well but to no avail.
In short - I've bought a new washing machine and had it for 3 months but am yet able to use it. I've had to spend money on other laundromats/friends' houses in the interim.
This is a mess, Samsung - sort it out.
