I purchased a Samsung Fridge Freezer on 03 January 2014. When I got someone to install the water the ice machine was not working. I reported this is 16th of January 2014 and got an sms that a service was scheduled on 18th of January. Ref 4144433125. No one phoned on the 18th - even though I waited at home the entire day. I phoned on 20 January 2014 to find out why no one came and was told someone would phone me back however noone did. I then phoned again on 22 January 2014 when I was told someone would come to fix the fridge on 24 January 2014 however again no one came.
I think this is pathetic service from Samsung taking into account this is a brand new fridge and I paid considerable amount of money for the appliance. I get no support from Makro as they say I must contact the supplier. I am very frustrated and do not know how to proceed. I will most definitely think twice before I buy another Samsung product.
