Ive got a Samsung 256GB SSD HDD hat I just simply want to do a warranty check on
Phoned Samsung who told me to phone Seagate
Phones Seagate who told me that I must phone Samsung as this is an SSD Drive and not a normal HDD
Phoned Samsung Again, long story short they could not help me or give a number to call
Ive been phoning around for over 2 hours with no luck
So who is responsible for warranties when it comes to SSD HDD's from Samsung?
It seem like they have an identity crisis and dont know who supports their own product
Please someone point me in the right direction
