I want to apply as a new student. The online application page kept on telling me it expired when I want to continue, and eventually I was unable to upload all my documentation. so I started all over again, but now, it tells me I already exist, therefore I cannot complete the application process. I have sent an e-mail to [email protected], no response, I have submitted an enquiry via the online web link : [URL Removed], I tried phoning General Applications and Registration queries (012 441 5888) Number does not work, and also Applications at 012 429 6171 (number also do not work) and then eventually tried Information Services at 012 429 3111, but no one answers... I have had no response, and could not even get as far as paying for my online application. Do I now have to go to unisa offices in JHB? ( who by the way, are very unhelpful as well as a friend of mine had to go there a while back). who can I contact to assist me with my application?
