My little one was attending Building Blocks nursery in Noordwyk due to financial constraints we missed a month's payment and the following month payment was made for both outstanding month and the following month, we were sent emails reminding us of the payment and by that time my little was kicked out of school. Then the payment was made and when the child was suppose to go back to school we were told that she will not be welcomed as she was not included in the list for that month keeping in mind that after the payment was made they also debited my account for the same month were my child was not allowed to attend the school, we were told to re-register the child "does not make sense if they have received their money".
I eventually gave up on them with the hope that they will give back my money since my child was not allowed to go back to school. I have sent them several emails enquirying with them to return back my money until TODAY i have NOT received any responce from them but they were quick to call me and send me emails when they payment was missed. Please assist.
