After payment they cancelled the first appointment one day before work was due to start. After cementing my shower pan it came out all skew and water dammed up on one side. They assured a can use the shower after a day. When attempting to shower the pan leaked and flooded my bathroom floor. Not surprising as the supervisor was sitting outside playing with his cell phone the whole day. I complained and they came and painted waterproofing. When i used the shower after this the following day the shower pan still leaked. The waterproofing on the wall was full of air bubbles and would probably need to be redone and cracks running on the outside wall where they have hammered on the inside. They damaged the drain cover while working and after asking to replace it they ignored me. I did not see chance to work with unprofessional people and cancelled their services. They did not even attempt to come see me to resolve the problems. I am not surprised as I was stupid enough to pay more than half upfront for the bathroom renovation.
