We purchased a kitchen from UCAN costing over R23000 (Excl fitters cost). Once the UCAN fitter started fitting the cupboards he measured to make sure all the provided cupboards would fit & he realized there were too many cupboards. When he measured the kitchen again it was realized that measurements were out by 1meter. We explained that two UCAN reps came out & measured our kitchen on two different occasions & on both occasions measurements were clearly incorrect. We lost one base unit which was required as we originally informed UCAN we require additional cupboard space in our kitchen. Now we are sitting with a prettier version of the kitchen we had before, same SPACE issue (originally discussed with UCAN) and we do not have the kitchen we were originally quoted for. The cupboards have really bad workmanship, most of them full of nicks when received. Fitter tried to cover up with wood filler. Depth of the cupboards are pathetic, NOTHING FITS. Upon completion, no feedback received from the very UCAN consultants who were so keen on taking our money to see if we were happy. Money well WASTED & no customer satisfaction received after we accommodated them to help cover up their ERRORS
