Akhenatan projects, represented by Kenneth Egan and Charis Oostenburg got the job of doing renovations to my house.
They started the renovations and it was agreed i would pay some money upfront, which i did.
During the renovations they requested premature draw-downs different to what we agreed. I was in the middle of the project so i relectantly paid them.
Before the renovations were complete they one day simple stopped coming to site.
They stopped the job mid-way after i had paid them in advance for the next tranche.
They also didn't to pay the money which i paid to them across to the third party service providers as they should have.
They basically ran off with the money i had paid them and didn't complete the job.
I got a lawyer involved and we tried to reconcile and resolve the matter, but every promise which they made was not kept.
I eventually had to sue them. I got a judgement but never recovered a cent.
They are and and I would seriously recommend that you do not do business with either Kenneth Egan (Ken), Charis Oostenberg or Akhenatan Projects in any way.
