Alex Karavoussanos is a and a, He didnt pay his staff, plumber, electrician or tilers for work done on the renovation project on our house, which was to paint the whole house, renovate two appartments, plaster new window frames. He abandoned our renovation project after receiving 90% of the money, the money for the paint and mentis grid that he supposedly purchased. He loads of angle iron that was left over from our carport. We locked up his tools as surety that he must finish the job, but he went to police and told them we his equipment, after returning his tools he abondened the project, His address on the quotes and contract were false. He drives a black Ford bakkie, DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN! He comes accross as very prefessional with a fantastic looking CV, all. He is a master manipulator. He apparantly lives somewhere near Florida, and has two children, twins. I have sms and photo proof of all the communications and unfinished project as proof. I will be happy to speak to anyone who needs more infomation, or that has had the same problems with him. I am not going to let him get away with this.
